The platform is not the change.

Folio accelerates change. It does not absolve leadership from choosing one.

A platform without a chosen change is a very efficient way to remain vague.

We are proud of Folio. Naturally. We made it. The platform still has a specific job: helping chosen change become production rather than intention.

This distinction matters because organisations love buying capability before deciding what it is for. It feels productive. It creates meetings. It allows everyone to say foundation a lot.

The Veriteer sequence is deliberately stricter: choose the change, build the capability, use Folio to accelerate the work, and measure whether the organisation is getting better.

Technology can remove drag. It cannot supply conviction. Leadership still has to do the annoying human bit.
