An (up to) one-hour rapid-fire interview to explore your thinking, passions and personality.

STEP FOUR: UP TO 3 HRS
The exercise.

A practical exercise geared towards the specific role you have applied for. We normally ask that you spend around 2 hours completing the exercise offline, and then present it for about 30mins.

Other bits and bobs.

By this stage we'll know quite a bit about each other, but there may be follow-ups that either party may wish to engage in.
